2008 Teachers Conference

On June 16-18 the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont was home to the 2008 ProStart Teacher Conference. This exciting two-day event is held yearly at one of the colleges that NYSRAEF has an articulation agreement with. This gives the educators the opportunity to familiarize themselves with post secondary institutions that provide future educational paths for their students. This was the most heavily attended conference yet!

Informative seminars included: "A Taste for Writing" by author Vivian Cadbury, ProStart Competition Issues, Chocolate: Trends, New Techniques and Chocolate Writing, Global Cusine and The Educated Palate.
